Check in/out Policy

- Check in: from 14:00
- Check out: before 12:00 noon
- Early check in or Late check out: subject to availability
- 12:00 noon to 17:30, late check out charge is 50% room rate
- After 17:30, late check out charge is 100% room rate

Children & Extra Person Policy

- Children under 06 ages: free of charge
- Children from 06 ages to under 11 ages: us$7/child/room/night (Max of one children staying with parents in room using existing bed)
- Children from 11 ages or Extra Adult (3rd person): us$17/person/room/night

Guarantee & Payment Policy

- LOW & HIGH SEASON: 1st night room charge (NON-REFUNDABLE) will be deposited at time of reservation. Rate and room availability are not guaranteed until payment is received. 
- If a reservation is a potentially fraudulence or card information provided by guest can not be verified, hotel revesers the right to cancel reservation without notice. 
- Payment made by Visa or Master credit card or debit card is surcharged 3% or Amex is 4% for merchant fee. 
- Any merchant fee or bank charge will be borne by the guest, and cannot deducted from payments.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancel or Amend within 03 days prior to arrival, 100% the total amount of reservation will be charged.
- No-show: 100% the total amount of reservation (NON-REFUNDABLE) will be charged.

*The different cancellation policy will be applied for group booking, festival events. Any remittance fee or bank charge will be borne by the guest, and cannot be deducted from payments.
